Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you have to cancel sessions if you have other appointments or if you or your child/loved one are sick. It is really important that you do not attend sessions face to face if you have any flu-like symptoms. We will try and provide an online session in this instance.

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible. We do have to charge a cancellation fee if adequate notice is not given.

Please let your therapist know via text or phone or let our Practice Coordinator know as soon as you have to cancel.

Our cancellation fees are as follows, and these are also outlined in your Service Agreement:

Please note we try to take each cancellation and individual circumstance into consideration especially when it comes to Covid-like symptoms. If you cancel and are charged this fee we use this time to prepare your future sessions, resources and reports.
