Music Beat Therapy Services streamlined its fees from the 14 January 2022 in line with the NDIS price guide of $193.33/hr.
All sessions will continue to be charged with a contact rate plus an additional non-contact rate of 10 minutes ($32.33), as we have done for the past couple of years. This is to allow your RMT to create resources, prepare and clinically evaluate your program each week.
Please note: All prices are excluding GST. GST will be charged for clients who are not NDIS participants.
For groups, the contact rate will be split between participants and each participant will be charged a separate non-contact rate unless they are part of an organisational group
Minimum numbers are required to run a group.
For schools or organisations wanting group programs please contact us directly at [email protected]
At Music Beat Therapy Services we conduct a client’s assessment over three sessions. There will be a flat rate of $290.98 for an assessment, which is 1.5 hours of time. This will include an assessment report, support plan, risk assessment and development of any resources required for the assessment sessions.
The assessment fee will be charged on top of regular session fees, but there will not be an additional non-contact fee charged
Fees are correct as of 14 January 2022. All fees are the same regardless of funding source.

All payments are due within 14 days of being invoiced.
A 10% late fee will be incurred for every week that a payment is overdue.
If payment is dependent on external funding, this will be taken into account when enforcing late fees.
Please make every effort to give as much notice if you cannot attend a session. This allows for the best possible use of the therapist’s time. Though these cancellation fees are enforced, it is understood that notice cannot always be given due to illness and other unforseen circumstances, so a make-up session will be organised wherever possible. A travel subsidy fee will still incur if the therapist has travelled to the location before being notified of a cancellation.
