Yes we have a return to face to face services and a consent form that need to be completed before we can commence services. This form outlines that you understand and declare that you will not come to therapy if you have covid-like symptoms, or have travelled to a covid hotspot in the last 14 days.
It also outlines that you will follow our hygiene policy of washing hands as you enter and leave the therapy room and socially distance where possible. The consent form ensures we know what you consent to and that you know how we uphold your rights including your privacy.
If you are using our mobile service we will also need you to complete an external safety checklist to ensure the safety of both you/your loved one and our staff when offsite.
