Song writing is a creative way to express ideas, feelings, and recount events in a safe and contained way.
Group song writing enables participants to work together and collaborate on material that is meaningful to them – establishing social connections, perspective taking, and validating experiences.
Come along to our high school song writing group, and leave with a song that you can listen and sing along to!
